Ordering & Payments
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size and color, then click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and place your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, and Paymob for secure and seamless transactions.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately via (email - chicchicas@gmail.com).
Once it's processed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. We will always try our best.
Shipping & Delivery
4. What are your delivery timelines?
We offer standard delivery within 2 business days after order confirmation.
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and public holidays.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within the UAE.
We’re working on expanding to more regions soon!
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your package in real time.
7. How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
8. Are your dresses true to size?
Yes, our garments are designed for a true-to-size fit. However, fabric and style may slightly influence how a piece fits on different body types.
Returns & Exchanges
9. What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items with tags within 7 days of delivery.
Card refunds take up to 7-14 days refunded back to the card used during the transaction. Refunds are processed once the item(s) are received back to us.

We offer an extra 10% order value on top of refunds if you choose to receive credit rather than a full card refund.
10. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don't offer an exchange service. If you would like to exchange the size you would need to return your order and place a new order for the size you'd like.

12. Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! We are currently an online-only boutique, but stay tuned — we might pop up near you soon.

14. How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the “Discount Code” field and click “Apply.” Only one promo code can be used per order.

We use high-quality fabrics such as chiffon, crepe chiffon, satin, and jersey, all chosen for comfort, durability, and a chic finish.
