We hope you love your Chic Chicas purchase — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
Note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or provider).
We offer an extra 10% order value on top of refunds if you choose to receive shop credit rather than a full card refund.
How to Return
1. Email us at chicchicas.me@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
3. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
4. Ship the item(s) back — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Worn, damaged, or washed items
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
